It's that time of year again when we are all planning, organising and shopping for Christmas. It can all become a bit stressful, so what better way to shop than at a local event where parking is plentiful and you can get a stress-busting 10 minute head & shoulder massage or reiki taster? This year, you can catch up with me at the following events:

• Wood End School Ladies Christmas Shopping Night - Thursday 13th November from 7.30 pm until 10pm, Yeomans Avenue, Harpenden. AL5 3EF
  

• Roundwood Primary School Christmas Food and Craft Fair - Saturday 15th November from 12 - 3pm, Roundwood Park, Harpenden, AL5 3AD
  

• Christmas Fair - Saturday 22 November between 10 and 12 at the Harpenden Trust Hall on Southdown Road (opposite the Plough & Harrow pub). Car parking in Somerfields. Proceeds from the Fair and from the treatments I do on the day will be given to two Charities; Depression Alliance and the Keech Cottage Children’s Hospice. Stalls will include jewellery, skincare, paintings, plants, cards plus other ideas for unique, affordable gifts for the family.
