This Saturday 14th June, I'm going to be at the Harpenden Complementary Practitioners' Group(HCPG) Health & Well - Being Fayre. It starts at 10am and I'll be available all day to do reiki tasters, hand massages, talk about various conditions that may be effecting you and how massage, reiki or reiki massage could help you. It will also be a chance to see the lovely wheatbags I'm now stocking. They come in 3 sizes: small, three sectioned & four sectioned. The sectioned ones are great for distributing the heat evenly across your neck and shoulders etc and can help relieve muscle tension. I've been using them for a while now during treatments, and have had a very good response from my clients. I'll also have a selection of beautiful crystal tumblestones- rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz etc, great for keeping in your handbag for extra support during the day, or by your bedside as part of relaxation or meditation.

In addition, there will be lots of other stalls to browse, therapies to find out about & try - Reflexology, Indian head massage. And talks all day on a variety of subjects including Stress Management, Food Allergies & Hypnotherapy amongst others. It promises to be a very interesting and enjoyable day.
