A Happy & Healthy New Year to you! Christmas may seem like a while ago, but the after effects stay with us for some time. I've met quite a few women recently who are dealing with tiredness, getting the house straight again after the festivities, winter colds etc. The list of chores seems endless but don't forget to look after yourself too. And some of us can feel a little down or flat in January after the excitement of December. The magazines are full of useful tips to kick-start health regimes which can improve mood as well. Relaxation is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and massage is great at supporting de-tox programmes by improving circulation, skin and cellulite!

Sometimes stress and overwork can be a bit more serious. If you suspect either you or a friend is depressed, it's best to see the GP for a diagnosis and advice. Many GPs recommend relaxation and exercise to help with Depression.
