Reiki for Women's Health talk. Reiki and Head Massage tasters

With the current stresses in our everyday lives, looking afterselves has never been more important. If you are thinking about trying Reiki, Massage or Reiki Massage or would like to find out more about Reiki courses, come along to an all day free event for women on Sunday 29th March at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Hemel Hempstead.

There will be lots to do including:
~ free lifestyle workshops on a variety of interesting subjects that effect us all inc. will writing, personal style, relationship advice and reiki (ofcourse!)
~ holistic treatment tasters (a small fee applies) +
~ great stalls to browse including secondhand designer handbags, wine tasting, garden gifts and jewelery.

Come along and stay for as little or as long as you like! (The hotel will be open for lunches and coffees as usual with a special sandwich deal for festival attendees).
