Another busy night at the Grove School Xmas Shopping Evening. There were some fantastic stalls with gift ideas. I hope everyone who tried a treatment with me enjoyed it and that the rose quartz crystals bring love and harmony into their new owners lives.

This Thursday evening (16.11.06), I shall be at The Grove School in Harpenden, offering 15 minute taster sessions in Reiki Healing and Holistic Massage for all the busy mums , staff, friends etc. They are holding their annual Xmas shopping night, this year with a hint of 'indulgence', so have invited local therapists along. The Christmas shopping and pamper night at St. George's was a great event with a lovely atmosphere. There was a lot going on but I think my clients on the night managed to relax for quarter of an hour! Lots of people picked up the leaflets with the discount flyer, so don't forget to book your first treatment at the reduced rate soon.

What is Reiki Healing? I get asked this a lot! It might sound a bit wierd but Reiki means 'universal life force' in Japanese. It's a positive energy that helps rebalance the body. It can be helpful for a variety of conditions, physical and emotional, but is also used for relaxation and general well being.
